|Young engineer Richard Trevithick, was responsible for one of the most important of all inventions - the steam locomotive. In 1795 (aged 25) he was building working models of high pressure steam engines. In 1804 his first steam locomotive - the Penydarren was unveiled. 106 piece, 210mmwide x 75mm high.
